Description

The nose leads with the classic heavy-bodied oiliness of Benrinnes—a result of the distillery's fast-running stills and traditional worm tub condensers—layered with rich Garrison-inspired notes of dark chocolate, toasted pecan, and singed orange peel. On the palate, the experience is muscular and dense, delivering a concentrated burst of brown sugar, roasted coffee, and a distinct "savory-beefy" depth that has defined this Speyside outlier since its partial triple-distillation era. The finish is remarkably long and spicy, closing with a warm embrace of maple syrup, black pepper, and lingering charred oak from the 237 bottles produced from Cask #301411.
