Description

Dalmunach is one of Speyside’s youngest distilleries, purpose-built for bright, fruit-forward spirit. This 2016 vintage spent its full maturation in a refill barrel, a choice that lets the distillate lead while the cask adds polish rather than heavy wood. Bottled by Thompson Bros. at 49.1% ABV, this single cask shows the house style in high definition: fresh orchard fruit, barley sugar and vanilla cream up front, a thread of citrus and white flowers in the mid-palate, then a crisp, malty finish with gentle oak spice. Natural colour and unchill-filtered. Label artwork by KMG (Kelsey Montague).
