Distilled in 2006 at Glentauchers and bottled by Thompson Bros., this small batch was drawn from 2× refill hogsheads to keep the distillate’s signature style front and centre. Married and bottled at 52.4% ABV in 70 cl, with an outturn of 408 bottles, it shows why Glentauchers is so prized by blenders yet rarely seen as a standalone single malt: clean orchard fruit, malty sweetness and subtle oak polish rather than heavy wood. Presented non-chill-filtered and at natural colour, with label artwork by KMG. A focused, quietly luxurious Speyside for drinkers who value clarity over cask trickery.
