Bottled in 2025 as part of Claxton's Exploration Series (Release No. 11), it is presented at a full-bodied 50.0% Vol. (70cl), ensuring the cask's power translates directly to your glass. Flavour Profile: A Decadent Slice of Speyside

The nose is immediately dominated by rich Sherry notes, instantly conjuring images of Black Forest Gateau (cake) and the creamy, vanilla-rich aroma of Crème Anglaise.
The palate is rich, sweet, and intensely sherried. A cascade of rich fruits and further biscuit/cake notes emerges, delivering a complex, full-bodied sweetness that is both tingly and satisfying.
The finish is long and pleasantly sweet, concluding with candy-like notes and a return to those beautiful, dark, Black Forest flavours.
