Description

Distilled at Aultmore and bottled by Thompson Bros., this small-batch single malt combines the distillery’s honeyed, orchard-fruit character with the lift of 1st fill rye barrels and a measured sherry accent from an Oloroso octave. Expect pear, heather honey and citrus oils on the nose; vanilla cream, barley sugar and gentle rye spice on the palate; a finish that lingers on cocoa, nutty oak and sweet malt. Non-chill-filtered and natural colour. Label artwork by KMG (Kelsey Montague).
