Distilled in 2014 at the Bunnahabhain Distillery and bottled in February 2025 by North Star Spirits, this whisky spent its entire maturation in a refill hogshead, allowing the spirit's character to shine through with subtle cask influence. The nose presents floral notes, honey, and a medley of apples and pears, complemented by hints of vanilla and toffee. On the palate, it offers a harmonious blend of sweetness and fruitiness, leading to a smooth and satisfying finish.

Bunnahabhain Distillery, established in 1881 on the northeastern coast of Islay, is renowned for its unpeated single malts, a rarity on an island famous for peated whiskies.
