Description

The nose opens with a remarkably ripe bouquet of banana and papaya, reminiscent of melting butter on a warm malt loaf. On the palate, a massive wave of yellow fruits and sweet oak provides a warming, concentrated experience that belies its four years in the wood. The finish is long and buttery with a touch of white pepper, leaving a textured, "bath bomb" sensation of fruit and oak that showcases the incredible efficiency of Tel Aviv’s hot-climate aging.
