Description

An amazing old malt giving a glimpse into the spirit profile of the past. Distilled in 1989, it preserved the taste created by old distilling methods and ingredients long gone since then. The nose is remarkably fresh for its age, opening with white peach, green apples, and a tropical burst of melon and pineapple cubes. On the palate, a creamy and thick texture delivers notes of beeswax and watermelon alongside a bright retinue of clementine and grapefruit. The finish is powerful and long, evolving into dried coconut and lingering citrus oils. A total of 333 bottles were produced for this rare release.
