This cask called for us when the Noble Nectars team was browsing through a warehouse. This was the first cask that we tried there, and we were unanimously impressed by the balance of malt and sherry, the gentle spices, the understated liquorice note and a hint of Basque cheesecake. This will be a perfect dram for winter relaxation.
