Description

Tullibardine’s clean, cereal-led spirit takes on a vivid fruit layer in a full-term red wine barrique, giving this 10-year-old a bright, modern profile without losing the distillery’s malt core. The nose suggests tart red berries, cassis and autumn spice over honeyed grain. The palate is dry-textured and lively: berry compote, blood-orange and clove with a touch of mint and oak polish. The finish is medium-long, gently tannic and warming, with cranberry, cocoa dust and baking spice trailing off. Bottled by Thompson Bros. at 48.5% ABV, natural colour and unchill-filtered.
