Description

Distilled in 2019 at the Ardnamurchan Distillery and bottled by North Star Spirits, this whisky spent its full maturation in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt, imbuing the spirit with richness and complexity beyond its years. The nose opens with dried fruits, dark chocolate, and a trace of smoke. On the palate, layers of baking spice, toffee, and coastal salinity unfold, leading into a warming, sherry-laced finish with oak and earthy depth.

Tucked away on Scotland’s remote western peninsula, Ardnamurchan Distillery has built a reputation not only for quality, but for purpose — combining peated and unpeated spirit, renewable energy, and forward-thinking transparency. Their whiskies reflect the rugged land they come from: bold, distinctive, and full of quiet confidence.
