Aultmore is known for its elegant, floral distillate, and this bottling from North Star Spirits brings that purity to life with an added sherry richness. Distilled in 2013 and aged for 12 years in a carefully selected sherry cask, the whisky was bottled in 2025 at its natural strength of 57.7 %. The nose offers honeyed malt, ripe pear, vanilla and hints of cinnamon and raisins. On the palate, waves of sherry sweetness mingle with creamy toffee, orchard fruit and a gentle spice that builds toward a warm, malty finish. Bottled unchill-filtered and naturally coloured, this limited release showcases the best of Aultmore’s delicate Speyside character wrapped in the depth of Spanish oak.
