Description

Distilled in 2013 and matured exclusively in a single first-fill bourbon barrel, this expression showcases the pure, golden character of Highland craftsmanship. The twelve years spent in premium wood have layered the spirit with rich vanilla and orchard fruits, resulting in a remarkably balanced profile. Only 180 bottles were produced from this individual cask, making it a rare treasure for any collection.

The nose opens with an inviting bouquet of wild honey and creamy vanilla, gently intertwined with the scent of sun-ripened orchard fruits and a touch of toasted oak. On the palate, a silky texture carries flavors of sweet caramel, bright citrus, and ripe pear, all supported by a delicate maltiness and a whisper of hazelnut. The experience concludes with a long, warming finish where soft oak spices and lingering nutty undertones provide a graceful finale.
