TSC Signature Craigellachie 2007 - 18 years old - FF Oloroso Octave

Very rare in independent bottling. The nose is dense and complex, lead by Craigellachie’s signature aroma of struck matches and tropical fruits—a direct result of the distillery’s traditional worm tub condensers that intentionally restrict copper contact to retain heavier, savory compounds. On the palate, the intense wood interaction of the small octave delivers a massive wave of dark chocolate, oil-roasted walnuts, and dried figs, all wrapped in the distillery’s famously thick and oily texture. The finish is incredibly long and robust, leaving a lingering trail of spent gunpowder, clove spice, and a rich, drying sherry influence from the mere 85 bottles drawn from Cask #900075.
