Distilled in March 2007 and bottled in January 2025, this artful blend of 32% malt and 68% grain whisky was matured in a refill butt and bottled without chill filtration or added colour. The nose reveals soft orchard fruits and buttery pastry, accented by vanilla cream and a touch of nutmeg. On the palate, honeyed cereal and ripe fruit unfold with gentle oak spice and a bright lift of lemon zest. The finish lingers with light oak tannin and a whisper of dry spice, leaving a final impression that is both elegant and enduring.
